iPhone 6 plus will not use camera.

Worked great on my older iPhone but on the 6 plus it never asks to use the camera and the live view remains black. The ar info for navigating is their but not displayed over the live camera view. please fix asap. Need to use this to support independent navigation skills for people with disabilities.
